Here at the base of the rocky mountains in the "quaint" city of Colorado Springs police corruption has once again raised its ugly head...............oh wait its nothing fucking new!  Lets take a second and look at the last big hitters for CSPD and EPSO.

SYDNEY HUFFMAN

A former Colorado Springs police officer fired amid allegations she lied about domestic violence to put an estranged boyfriend in prison pleaded guilty Monday to a single felony count.

The plea deal by Sydney Huffman, 25, came the morning she was to begin trial in what attorneys for victim Jarrott Martinez have called a “campaign of personal destruction” against him that led to more than six months in jail, two jury trials and the loss of his job as a Manitou Springs police officer.      I knew Sydney on the job and always found her to be professional and fun to work with (no Im not a cop).  I was really disappointed when I saw this.  

JAMES BUTIERRES

A Colorado Springs Police sergeant was arrested by his fellow officers for allegedly stealing from the department.James Butierres, 53, was arrested and charged with felony theft and felony forgery on Thursday after an internal investigation into the Motor Vehicle Theft Unit, according to a news release from the police department.Butierres oversaw that unit.Probable cause was established for the arrest relating to "time and labor issues and funds associated with a Motor Vehicle Theft grant," according to the release.

JOSHUA CARRIER AKA "BIG BIRD"

A former Colorado Springs police officer convicted in what a judge called an “unprecedented” string of sexual abuses at Horace Mann Middle School was sentenced Friday to 70 years to life in prison.

Unfortunately I did know this fucking douche nozzle.  He was always weird.  His angle you ask?  Well lets see.........................He abused little boys as a school resource officer and assistant wrestling coach at a local junior high.  "I need to check your appendix by putting my finger in your ass.  "Don't worry my dad was a doctor and taught me how".  Ya big bird Im sure he did.

NIKOLAS GAINS 

Police suspect an El Paso County sheriff’s deputy had more than twice the legal amount of alcohol in his system when he was pulled over last month in Fountain.

Nikolas Gianes, a deputy with the sheriff’s office since 2007, has been “working in a limited capacity” since a Fountain police officer cited him on Oct. 13 while the deputy was off-duty, said Sgt. Mike Schaller, sheriff’s office spokesman.

He declined to elaborate on Gianes’ job status. The deputy works in the El Paso County jail.

“It is an active investigation,” Schaller said. “His powers of arrest have been temporarily suspended.”

Gianes was served a summons for driving under the influence after an officer saw him driving 69 mph in a 50 mph speed zone around 2:30 a.m. in the 8200 block of S Highway 85, said Cmdr. Mike Haley, Fountain police spokesman.

Gianes had a blood alcohol content level of .189, more than two times the legal limit, Haley said.

He was also cited for prohibited use of a weapon after officers found a handgun during the traffic stop.

Jesus I guess working in the jail is a pretty stressful job.  

SO JUST WHAT CONSTITUTES A GANG?

Federal definition. The federal definition of gang as used by the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), is [1]:

1. An association of three or more individuals; Huffman, Butierres, Carrier, Gains
2. Whose members collectively identify themselves by adopting a group identity, which they use to create an atmosphere of fear or intimidation, frequently by employing one or more of the following: a common name, slogan, identifying sign, symbol, tattoo or other physical marking, style or color of clothing, hairstyle, hand sign or graffiti; CSPD, EPSO, ATF i.e. Law enforcement in general. Uniforms, badges etc.
3. Whose purpose in part is to engage in criminal activity and which uses violence or intimidation to further its criminal objectives; Molesting children, Stealing money, lying to destroy another persons life, driving drunk, selling guns to drug lords.
4. Whose members engage in criminal activity or acts of juvenile delinquency that if committed by an adult would be crimes with the intent to enhance or preserve the association's power, reputation or economic resources; The DA's practice of trading points on your license for money,  the one ticket a day "performance standard" for CSPD. Pay the fine and you can continue to drive.  Ummm......... thats fucking extortion if youre not a member of law enforcement.
5. The association may also possess some of the following characteristics:
1. The members may employ rules for joining and operating within the association; CSPD, EPSO and ATF SOI
2. The members may meet on a recurring basis; Everyday at line up.
3. The association may provide physical protection of its members from others; Police protective organization.
4. The association may seek to exercise control over a particular geographic location or region, or it may simply defend its perceived interests against rivals; Colorado Springs, El Paso county The United States.  "We are the biggest gang in town" Colorado Springs Police officer
5. The association may have an identifiable structure; Well I'm pretty sure they get their pay checks at the same place and wear the same uniforms.

Well now I'm really confused! What about selling

guns to the Mexican drug lords?  I guess just like any

other criminal activity its only ok if you are a member

of law enforcement or the government.

So as we watch our civil liberties and constitutional

rights being eroded by the very people and goverment that is meant to defend and protect us the cops they appoint to enforce our laws molest our children and steal from us while sending guns to the Mexican drug lords.  All of this is not really an issue to main stream America.

The Epitome of grace and poise

As we were getting ready to go home last night we received a call to go to a nursing home up against the mountains for a "fall".  Low and behold there is a little old lady lying on her back in her bathroom.  She had fallen an hour previously and crawled / dragged her way back into the bathroom so she could reach her call light.  Her leg was shortened and rotated laterally (possible broken hip).  This lady had every reason to be screaming, complaining etc.  I told her I was going to medicate her so we could get her out of the bathroom and on to our cot.  I explained to her that it was still going to hurt.  She looked at me and said "that's ok young man I will just do the same thing I did during childbirth".  I smiled and though ok and out of curiosity asked what's that?  I just say hum.  What?  "I just say hum".  Why hum?  "Because I don't like the word ouch and it's undignified to scream or complain".  I will be god dammed if that's not precisely what she did.  I am ashamed of what has become of my generation in the face of such fortitude and grace.  I think I would have screamed like a little girl!  On one end of the spectrum you have people who are just plain mean for no other reason then they think they can.  Dr's who complain about getting a 2 yo that's been wondering around outside at 2am because they are too busy being a bitch to actually care and on the other end you have people like this lady.  In every sense of the word a lady.  I hope I can someday reach that level of dignity in the face of that kind of pain.  In the mean time I'm going to go with this..........

Ok.....WTF........you were just fine when you were walking down the street.  Now that you have figured out that they know about your warrant you can't breathe?  What part of telling me in full paragraphs that you can't breathe is supposed to convince me?  You're a grown man, why the hell are you crying like a baby?  Oh well I suppose you can continue your cry in CJC.  And while I'm at it........to the c$@^ we took to the hospital today.......F&*# YOU lady.  In 19 years of EMS you are the meanest most unhappy manipulative bitch I have ever met.  That includes a particularly "most healthy" cross fit Dr I have the misfortune of having to deal with.  I'm back.........and I have a lot of shit to vent about.

OK ........Non traumatic back pain does not justify yelling at the top of your lungs. Telling your parents your back pain is going to get worse if they don't give you what you want goes so far beyond violating rule #1 its hard to understand. When you top it off by screaming at the top of your lungs at your dad to call 911 to prove how bad of a father he is you cross the line from just being a douche bag to being the actual hose that comes with the douche bag. Your attention getting behavior is pathetic. As a 25 YO woman you should know better. For the record the next time you decided to feign back pain to hurt your family remember that the more you yell the less we care.

"MY ENGRISH NOT SO GOOD"

Last night was the night from hell! 13 Calls 10 transports in 12 hours or something close to that! HOWEVER!!!!! every turd has it's bright spot! Fortunately last nights had two. One Im going to let go. She was really sick so she gets a pass the other not so much. We get dispatched to a liquor store in the heart of darkness for an assault (I know big surprise). As I walk in the fire medic and the police are looking at our pt in absolute exasperation and disgust while this dill hole "Pt" continues to ring up customers! Clearly this is a set up for some really funny shit! This guy for the third time in two weeks had chased people out of his store because they pissed him off. Not because they had stolen anything! He just doesn't like a particular ethnic group. Every friggin time he chases someone out of the store he gets his ever loving ass kicked LOL! The poor medic from the fire department is trying to asses this guy while he rings up a line of untermench who are getting their nightly ration of ripple and yelling at mock five in a combination of Korean and engrish! "Sir did you pass out when you were hit?" "NO I NO PISS OFF" What? No sir did you pass out? "I NO FUCKING PISS OFF. YOU NO SPEAK ENGRISH?" OMFG! REARRY! LOL! After ten minutes of this the cops had finally had enough and blocked the guys shop door. At this point the guy went ape shit. "YOU NO CROSE MY DOOR!" Fuck you pal you called us! You're getting assessed ghetto style! You just cant make this shit up. It's what makes nights last last night bearable. That and having a partner thats worth her weight in gold!

When I was 18 months old my father came home from Vietnam in one of those caskets. Since then Iv'e seen numerous buddies put in them or come home in them. Guys that gave there lives while you ass holes sat on a ramp somewhere making a joke out of their sacrifice. FUCK YOU! You put service members remains in landfills. You mix up bodies. Please explain what it is that you ass holes have done right. YOURE A DISGRACE to the men and women who have given their lives. If General N. Schwartz had any integrity he would at the minimum resign in disgrace. You sir have presided over the most inept handling of service members remains in recent memory. You should be ashamed of the conduct of the men a women under your command. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT CONDUCT! You're in command it's a direct reflection of YOU and your clear lack of any respect for the guys that are slugging it out everyday rather sitting at a desk at the joint chiefs. You should be relieved of command and sent packing along with every son of a bitch in this picture.
